摘要
液态金属温度高、腐蚀性强,流量不能直接测量和控制,本文以某冶炼厂粗锌液流量为研究对象,以粗锌液的重量作为辅助变量,利用称重和流体力学理论建立了流量与重量之间的非线性数学模型。在此理论基础上,自行开发了基于模型的粗锌液流量智能检测仪。模拟实验表明用该仪器检测高温液态金属流量的相对误差小于±1.0%,可以满足实际生产要求。
The flow of liquid mental can't be measured directly and controlled for it' s high temperature and causticity. In this paper, through studying the flow of coarse liquid zinc in one Smeltery non-linear mathematical, we took the weight of coarse liquid zinc asa secondary variable, built the model between flowand weight based on hydrodynamic theory and weighing method. Then we designed an instrument to measure the flow of coarse liquid zinc based on the mathematical model. Simulation results and industrial application demonstrate that the relative error of measuring high temperature liquid mental flow by this detector is lower than±1.0%, meeting the need of industrial process.
