摘要
《唐律疏议》的先进性及其对周边国家和后世的影响为世人所公认。通观唐律的精神原则制度皆与魏晋南北朝时期相仿佛,若无该时期对秦汉时期的法制进行整合,唐朝要在短时期内创制出影响后世千载的法典实难想象。魏晋南北朝的法律制度对唐律的法律精神及具体制度的形成功不可没。
The progressiveness of the TangLüShuYi （Tang Code including authoritative annotation） and its influences on the neighbouring kingdoms were universally acknowledged. The principle and system of the code of Tang Dynasty was consistent with that of Wei, Jin, Northern and Southern Dynasty. If there were not conforming legal system of Qin and Han Dynasty in this period, the code which impacts the future would not be legislated in a short period in Tang Dynasty. Therefore, the legal system during Wei, Jin, Northern and Southern Dynasty cannot be isnored.
