摘要
本文报道了用吸收度线性组合法测定复方雷锁辛醇溶液的含量,通过微机优化组合波长并获得浓度计算模型。雷锁辛、苯酚和水杨酸的平均回收率分别为99.9%、100.5%和100。1%,相对标准差分别为0.64%、1.1%和0.42%。
The determination of compound resorcin alcoholic was made by linear combination method of absorbances.The optimization of wavelemgth combination and the establishment of calculation model of the desired component were carried out with computer.The average recoveries of resor- cin,phenol and salicylic acid were 100.5%,99.9% and 100.1%,with relative standard deviations of 0.64%,1.1% and 0.42%,respectively.
