摘要
本文应用吸收度线性组合法,在盐酸麻黄碱的三个波峰251.0nm,256.6nm,262.6nm和二个吸收值较大的波谷253.0nm,260.0nm处,测定呋麻滴鼻液的吸收值后,计算其含量。呋喃西林和盐酸麻黄碱的回收率分别为100.09±0.63%,99.73±0.52%。
In this paper the linear combination method of absorbances was used for the simultaneous deter mination of furacilin and ephedrine hydrochloride in compound furacilin nasal drops without preliminary separation. The determination wavelengthes were at the three crests:251.0nm, 256.6nm, and 262.6nm and the two troughs, whose absorbances are comparative great, 253.0nm,260.0nm of ephedrine hydrochloride. First the absorbances of compound furacilin nasal drops were measured at aforementioned wavelengthes, then the contents of furacilin and ephedrine hydroc hlorlde were calculated using linear combination method of absorbances according to the absorbances determined. The mearn recoveries of furacilin and ephedrine hydrochloride were 100.09% (CV=O.63%, n=8), 99.73% (CV=0.52%, n=8), respectively.
