摘要
为实现汽轮发电机定子水冷器的优化设计,以折流栅-螺旋槽管为强化换热元件,对水冷器进行了传热和阻力特性模化实验研究,获得了管、壳程流速及折流栅间距对传热和阻力特性的影响规律,并采用壳程单位压降的传热系数K/ΔPs对水冷器综合性能作了评价,将实验结果与前人研究成果作了比较。
For the purpose of optimizing water coolers of turbo-generator stators, modeling test studies of a cooler with grid-baffles and spirally grooved tubes, as intensified heat transfer elements, have been conducted, to ascertain the pertaining heat transfer and flow resistance characteristics. Herewith the influences of shell pass flow velocity and baffle spacing on heat transfer and on flow resistance were found. Using heat transfer coefficient per unit pressure drop of the shell pass, k/△P, as the characteristic number, the comprehensive property of water coolers have been evaluated. The experimental results are being compared with those of predecessors.
