摘要
目的 采用薄层扫描法测定复方蛇床子洗剂中蛇床子素的含量。方法 采用日本岛津CS-9000型薄层扫描仪,硅胶G薄层板,展开剂:苯-醋酸乙酯(30:1),激发波长365nm。结果 制剂中其它成分对测定无干扰。蛇床子素的点样量(x)在1.838~18.38μg范围内与荧光强度积分值(y)线性良好,Y=4120.744x+0.562,r=0.9996,n=6。平均回收率是97.06%。实验的精密度、稳定性、重现性都很好。结论 该法操作简便,精密度好,结果准确可靠。
Objective To use TLCS to determine osthol in Compound Fructus Cnidium Lotion. Methods The shimadzu CS-9000 TLC scanner was selected, silic - gel thin - layer, developing solvent : phene-ethyl acetate (30:1 ), the excitation wavelength was 365 nm. Results The determination of osthol was not disturbed by other components in the compound lotion. The calibration curves was linear in the range of 1. 838 - 18.38 μg for osthol ( r =0. 999 6). The average recovery was 97.06%. The precision, stability, and reproducibility of the experiment were very good. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and reliable.
