摘要
目的通过对血液病患者营养状况及膳食结构的评价,研究如何对血液病患者进行平衡膳食、合理营养的健康教育。方法对215例血液病患者进行主观综合性营养评估(SGA)、直接人体测量和生化参数测定。结果血液病患者分为营养状况良好(SGA 1组,58例)、轻中度(SGA 2组,114例)及重度营养不良(SGA 3组,43例),3组间体重指数(BMI)、三头肌皮皱厚度(TSF)、上臂肌围(AMC)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、淋巴细胞总数(TLC)均有显著差异。结论蛋白质、钙、维生素摄入普遍不足,膳食要满足血液病患者营养需求,特别是蛋白质、钙、铁、维生素和膳食纤维。对血液病患者膳食营养进行合理有效的健康教育,有助于提高患者的生存质量。
Objective By evaluating nutritional status and dietary construction, to study how to teach patients with hematology disorder to balance diet and get nutrition properly. Methods Subjective global assessment (SGA), anthropometry and biochemistry parameters were examined in 215 patients with hematology disorders. Results The patients with hematology disorders were divided as wellnourished, mild to moderate malnutrition and severe malnutrition. There were significant differences in BMI,TSF,AMC,ALB and TLC. Conclusions In the patients with hematology disorders, intake of protein, calcium, vitamin was generally deficient, so diets should meet the patients' nutritional need, especially intaking protein, calcium, iron, vitamin and dietary fiber; Proper and efficient health education on dietary may contribute to better life qualitv for them.
