摘要
借助商业计算流体力学软件CFX,采用非结构化和结构化两种网格对内设周期圆环挡板的振荡流反应器内的三维流场进行模拟计算,并将两可视化计算流场与实验流场进行比较.结果表明:两者的仿真计算均较好地反映了真实流场的流型,计算液体力学为研究和设计振荡流反应器提供了较好的方法和工具;随振荡雷诺数的增加,两计算流场和实验流场均存在由对称向不对称转化的流动模式的转型.
Based on commercial computational fluid dynamics software of CFX, the three-dimensional oscillatory flow field in a baffled oscillatory flow reactor(OFR) was simulated using two different grid systems unstructured grid and structured grid. The visualized computational flow fields and experimental flow field were compared. The results show that the flow pattern of two simulative flow fields are consistent with that of the experimental oscillatory flow fields and CFD is a good tool to study and design OFR; Besides, transformation of flow pattern exists in all the three fields of OFR with the increase of Reo.
