垂直相分离冷凝管内流型调控的数值研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于非能动相分离概念,开发了新型相分离冷凝管,形成了"气在管壁,液在中心"的分布模式.目前我们已经实验研究了相分离冷凝管对流型的调控作用,并定性分析了其内在机理为了深入研究这种新型结构内在的流型调控机理,基于跨尺度网格系统及VOF方法,对垂直相分离冷凝管内单个气弹的调控过程进行了数值研究.研究发现气弹从光管区域进入流型调控区域后,液膜厚度减少了近70%;气弹上升速度提高了1倍多,带动环隙区域内液体速度和速度梯度的大幅提高,从而起到减薄流动边界层的作用;气弹上升速度的大幅提高引起环隙区域和核心区域内流体质量和动量的交换,同时引起核心区域内流体的自维持脉动,促进了近壁区和主流区内液体的交混,以上3个因素将对提高设备冷凝换热性能起到积极的作用.
