摘要
以美丽红豆杉的枝叶为原料,采用一种新的方法提取和分离用以合成高效抗癌药紫杉醇所需的前体———10-脱乙酰巴卡亭Ⅲ(10-DABⅢ),并对10-DABⅢ的提取、分离、纯化条件进行了优化筛选。采用该工艺方法得到的10-DABⅢ晶体纯度可达91%,得率也在70%以上,从而证实了该工艺路线在生产上是可行的。
To Study on the 10-deaeetyl baceatin Ⅲ extract from the leaves and branches of Taxus mairei. A new method was proposed to extract and purify 10-DAB Ⅲ, which was adopted as the parent nucleus of the high efficacious antitumour drug-taxol and docetaxel in the eompositive synthesis. Optimization selection was also made in the extraction and purification conditions of taxol. The purity quotient of 10-DABⅢ obtained via this technics could reach 91%, with the yield above 70%. It has been testified that the technics was feasible in industrial practice.
