摘要
目的:比较不同品种与产地的鹿鞭药材中3种多胺类成分的含量。方法:采用HPLC法分别测定10个鹿鞭样品腐胺、精胺及精脒的含量。结果:不同样品的3种多胺类成份及总多胺含量均有一定差异。结论:多胺类成分含量可作为鹿鞭质量控制指标之一。
Objective ： To compare the content of the main polyamines compositions in 10 samples of Penis et Testis Cervi from different species and habitats. Mehtods： The putrescine,spermidine and spermine in penis et Testis Cervi were determined by HPLC, Resuits： The contents of total Polyamine and 3 kinds of polyamines compositions in all samples were different, Conclusion： The content of the main polyamines compositions can be used to control the quality of Penis et Testis Cervi.
