摘要
目的：分析研究喃氟啶（FT207）联合小剂量顺铂持续静脉滴注，治疗30例晚期老年大肠癌患者的疗效及护理。方法：喃氟啶0．2g，一日3次，持续口服3～4个月，顺铂10mg静脉滴注一日一次，持续10天，隔2周重复，同时配合止吐及升白细胞对症治疗。结论：该方案安全，经济，病人乐于接受，具有实用性。
Objective： To analyze and study the curative effect and nm＇se which of FT207 for oral use and intervenous drop infusion of low dose cisplatin to cure 30 gerontal patients of advanced stage cancer of colon. Methods： Taking FT207 0.2g by mouth three times a day to last with 3 ～ 4 months, dripping intravenously cisplation 10mg one time a day with 10days which repeat ed after two weeks interval. At the same time matching treatment of interrupting emesia and rising white blood cell. Conclusion： The program, which is safe, economic and being practicality, could well be accepted by patients.
