摘要
师资问题是西部农村地区教育发展滞后的一个关键因素。西部农村地区的师资存在的问题主要有:教师数量少,教师结构不合理,教师教学能力不高以及教师教学观念落后。已有的解决西部农村地区师资问题的对策存在着不足。解决西部农村地区师资问题的现状,不能仅靠对已有师资的“输血”,要把“输血”与“造血”相结合,即实行“顶岗实习”的对策,这是解决西部农村地区师资问题的有效的新策略。“顶岗实习”把西部农村师资问题与师范生培养问题做了一体化的整合。
The problem of teaching staff is a crucial factor of impeding the rural educational development in western China. The problem is reflected in the insufficient number of teachers, the inappropriate staff structure, low levels of teaching and backward teaching ideas among the teachers. The authors made the investigation in Meigu County located in Sichuan Province and Weining County in Guizhou Province in June 2005. Based on the research, the authors find that the main problems in the teaching staff in western China lie in the lack of teachers and poor academic qualifications. The authors suggest that the way to solve this dilemma is to make cooperation between the teaching colleges and teachers' training. The practice of College student going to the rural areas to teach for one year as internship and teachers updating their knowledge and skills inthe teaching colleges can both stimulate the reform in teaching colleges and improve the teaching quality in the rural areas.
