摘要
目的研究巴戟天低聚糖补肾壮阳的药理作用。方法通过实验研究巴戟天低聚糖对果蝇性活力及羽化率的影响。结果巴戟天低聚糖能显著提高果蝇性活力和羽化率。结论巴戟天低聚糖具有一定的补肾壮阳作用。
Objective To study the pharmacological action of the oligosaccharide which were extracted from Morinda officinalis How and could invigorate the kidney and strengthen yang. Methods The experiments were conducted to study how the oligosaccharide affect the hatching rate and sexual vitality of Drosophila melanogaster. Results The oligosaccharide could significantly increase the hatching rate and sexual vitality. Conclusion The oligosaccharide extracted from Morinda officinalis How can invigorate the kidney and strengthen yang.
