摘要
目的:观察角膜缘上皮移植联合丝裂霉素治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:对32例翼状胬肉进行显微镜下切除并进行角膜缘结膜片移植,术中应用丝裂霉素棉片敷创面5min,设立对照组32例不用丝裂霉素,对疗效进行随访观察。结果:应用角膜缘结膜片移植联合丝裂霉素治疗的患者复发率明显低于对照组(P<0．05)。结论:角膜缘结膜片移植联合丝裂霉素治疗翼状胬肉可以明显减少术后的复发。
Objective ：To observe the efficaly of limbal epithelial transplantation and mitomycin C in the treatment of pterygium. Methods ： 32 cases with pterygium had been treated by remove pterygium with limbal epithelial transplantation and mitomycin C, while 32 cases pterygium treated only with limbal epithelial transplantation. Results .The differences were significant in the two groups （P〈0. 05）, The recurrence rate of pterygium was lower in the group treated with mitomycin C than that in the other group. Conclusion. Pterygium excision with limbal epithelial transplantation combin with mitomycin C can significanty prevent the recruence of petrygium.
