摘要
为提高废旧锂离子电池正极材料中钴酸锂的回收效率,在酸性条件下以硫代硫酸钠为还原剂溶解钴酸锂。其最佳反应条件为:氢离子浓度3.5 mol/L,硫代硫酸钠浓度0.25 mol/L,在90℃反应2.3 h。在此条件下钴酸锂溶解率达到99.5%。对硫代硫酸钠和双氧水作为还原剂溶解钴酸锂进行了比较。结果表明,硫代硫酸钠具有比双氧水更强的还原能力,且成本低,溶解效率高,使钴酸锂的还原溶解反应更趋完全。
In order to increase the recovery efficiency of LiCoO2 cathode material in spent lithium ion batteries, the process of reducing and dissolving LiCoO2 by Na2 S2O3 with H2 SQ present was studied and the optimal conditions were obtained: the time of reaction is 2.3 h at 90 ℃ and the concentration of H^+ ion and Na2 S2O3 is 3. 5 mol/L and 0.25 mol/L respectively. Under above conditions the dissolving rate of LiCoO2 is up to 99.5%. Compared to H202 as reducing agent, the Na2S2 03 has more perfect reducing ability, higher dissolving efficiency and lower cost, in addition, the LiCoO2 is dissolved and reduced more completely.
