废锂离子电池LiCoO_2电极中钴的超声辅助浸出 被引量:12

摘要 对超声辅助硫酸浸出LiCoO_2电极进行了试验研究。结果表明,在机械搅拌条件下,电极中钴的浸出率较无机械搅拌时明显提高;当硫酸浓度小于1.0 mol/L时,超声强化浸出的效果显著,而当硫酸浓度大于1.0 mol/L时,其强化作用极其有限。通过考察无超声辅助下的浸出效果并与有超声辅助条件下的浸出效果对比,探讨了超声强化浸出机理,提出超声强化还原浸出对以低硫酸浓度、辅助机械搅拌来改善溶液扩散效果,超声波本身产生的局部冲击波对提高溶液中物质的扩散并无明显效果。 Leaching of Cobalt from LiCoO2 cathode with sulfuric acid by ultrasonic was studied. The experimental results show that the leach efficiency of cobalt at the condations of mechanical stirring is obviously higher than without mechanical stirring, and effect of ultrasonic is significant under low concentration of H2SO4 (〈 1.0 mol/L). Meanwhile, ultrasonic leaching mechanism is discussed, reductive leaching of cobalt by ultrasonic has high effect under the conditions of low H2SO4 concentration and mechanical stirring, microcosmic shock wave produced by ultrasonic has no high effect on diffusion.
