摘要 讨论了梳状线结构的变容管电调谐微波带通滤波器的设计理论和方法.推导出新的输入、输出耦合网络的参数条件,以补偿电调谐带通滤波器的谐振器之间电磁耦合随不同频率的变化;并给出了清晰的设计公式;推导出使电调带通滤波器的绝对带宽或通带回波损耗在调谐频率范围内变化最小时,梳状线谐振器的电长度应满足的条件.同时根据这一理论设计实现了一个用微带实现的梳状线变容管电调谐带通滤波器.本滤波器的调谐范围是1200~1400MHz.测试结果,和理论设计非常一致. Describes the fundamental characteristics and the design procedures for varaclor tuned combline microwave bandpass filters;a tunable combline filter in which the internal coupling frequency dependence is compensaled to a large degree by correct design of the terminating transformer eletments is discussed. Explicit design formalas for these filters are presented. In addition,this paper give the value of combline length for minimizing the bandwidth variation or optimum return loss independent of tuned frequency. Finally, the desing and experimental performance of varactor tunalle filters are presented. This filter is constructed in microstrip line and exhibited tuning from 1200 MHz ̄1400 MHz and its perforamance is in close agrecment with theoretical expectations.
