摘要
用真空熔炼、氩气保护下引法连续定向凝固设备制备出!8.0mmAl-1%Si-0.08%Mg柱状晶组织铸杆,再将铸杆在拉丝机上拉成!1.0mm的线材,对其进行热处理。研究了不同热处理温度对Al-1%Si-0.08%Mg线材组织性能的影响。结果表明,退火温度越高,Si相变得越均匀细小,在500℃×12h退火时,Si相呈均匀细小分布,线材抗拉强度和伸长率优良。与Al-1%Si线材相比,Al-1%Si-0.08%Mg线材具有更高的力学性能。
The Al-Si-Mg bar with 8.0 mm in diameter and single crystal was made by using continuous unidirectional solidification equipment under condition of vacuum melting and argon shield. And the bar was drawn into wires of 1.0mm in diameter using drawing machine ,then annealed. Microstructure and mechanical properties of the wires before and after annealing treatment were studied.The results show that Si phase becomes finer when the increase of annealing temperature. After being annealed 12 hours at 500℃, distribution of Si phase in Al-Si-Mg wires becomes more finer, and the tensile strength and elongation of the wires are excellent. The Al-1%Si-0.08%Mg wires have better mechanical properties compared with Al-1%Si wires.
