摘要
遗传标记的发展促进了植物遗传育种的研究,DNA分子标记是继形态标记、细胞学标记、生化标记之后发展起来的一种新的更为理想的遗传标记,它在月季遗传育种研究方面发挥了重要作用。DNA分子标记包括限制性片断长度多态性(RFLP)、随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)、扩增片断长度多态性(AFLP)、简单重复序列(SSR)、单核苷酸多态性(SNP)等。对DNA分子标记的分类、原理、特点及其在月季亲缘关系分析、基因定位、品种鉴定和遗传图谱的构建等方面的研究进行概述。
Development of genetic markers has promoted study of the plant genetic breeding. DNA molecular makers are the newly advanced genetic markers following the morphological, cytological and biochemical markers. DNA molecular makers play a very important role in rose breeding and genetics. These markers include RFLP, RAPD, AFLP, SSR, SNP and so on. In this paper, we summarized their basic principles, classification, characteristic and applications in phylogenetic analyse, location of gene, identification of cultivars and construction of genetic linkage map for roses.
