摘要
用经过鉴定的新城疫病毒分离株按国家兽医生物制品质量标准制备油乳剂灭活疫苗,与标准的LaSota疫苗分别免疫带有新城疫母源抗体的白来航鸡,免疫后每7d采血监测新城疫抗体,并于免疫后21,28,35d用鸡新城疫分离毒和F48E9分别进行人工感染试验。结果显示,分离株灭活苗对鸡新城疫分离株的免疫保护效力优于LaSota灭活苗。
Identified isolate of Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV)was prepared inactivated vaccine by the standard veterinary vaccine regulation of the republic of China.Two groups of chickens with ND maternal antibody were immunized with the isolate inactivated and La Sota inactivated vaccine.NDV antibody titers were detected every seven days and two groups of immunized chickens were respectively challenged with NDV isolate and standard F4sE9 strain after 21 days,28 days and 35 days.The results showed there was not different between the two inactivated vaccines in immune efficacy. Isolated inactivated vaccine provided a better immune protection than La Sota inactivated vaccine did.
