摘要
建立虚拟现实系统的首要问题是虚拟环境的建立,本文讨论了基于几何和基于图像的虚拟环境建模技术,并以此开发出一个虚拟环境的建模系统。系统以OpenGL和Visual C++ 6.0为开发平台,可方便地进行虚拟环境的建模,并具有光照、纹理映射等真实感增强处理方法。建立的虚拟环境立体视觉效果较强,且兼顾了场景绘制的实时性和可交互性。
The construction of virtual environment (VE) is the first step to set up a virtual reality ( VR) system. Two kinds of VR modeling technology based on geometry and image were presented, and a VE modeling system was developed. Using OpenGL1. 2 and Visual C + + 6.0 as its platform, the system can carry out VE modeling easily. With methods like lighting and texture mapping to enhance its reality, the VE being modeled is provided with a strong stereovision effect. Besides, it is both real-time and interactive, as required in scene drawing.
