RAGE基因多态性与糖尿病血管并发症
摘要
糖尿病血管并发症包括微血管并发症和大血管并发症,其发生和发展与很多因素有联系。许多研究认为糖尿病血管病变与基因变异有关。糖基化终产物受体(RAGE)基因目前已作为糖尿病血管并发症研究的后选基因,其变异与糖尿病血管并发症有一定的关系。
