摘要
目的了解2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者血液流变性改变特征。方法观察两个医疗中心的2型糖尿病患者非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变129例的血液流变性指标分布。结果全血粘度中全血粘度低切为74.14%,全血粘度高切为64.79%;红细胞刚性指数(63.64%)异常病例最多;红细胞比容(44.58%)次之;血浆粘度(28.43%)和纤维蛋白原(0%)最少。结论2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者血液粘度增高可能主要受红细胞变形能力下降、红细胞比容增加的影响,受血浆粘度影响较小。
OBJECTIVE To stuty the change feature of hemorheology of the patients type 2 DM with diabetic retinopathy （DR） .METHODS 129 patients type 2 DM with DR in two hospitals in Nanjing and Beijing were enrolled and hematoloty analysed with hemorheology. RESULTS The number of cases the erythrocyte rigidity index abnormity （63.64%） was the most, the erythrocyte specific volume （44.58%） was secondary, plasma viscosity （28.43%） and fibrinogen level （0%） was the least in patients with DR. CONCLUSIONS The blood viscosity increased was mainly affected by the changes of erythrocyte deformability probably. The effect of the plasma viscosity and fibrinogen level was less relatively.
