摘要 肿瘤的三维适形调强放射治疗是21世纪国际最先进的放射治疗技术,其优势是在给肿瘤区更高治疗剂量的同时,可以更好的保护肿瘤周围的正常组织。国外临床研究已在前列腺癌、头颈部肿瘤等的治疗中取得良好效果,国内研究也已起步并初见成效。 Intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) is called the state -of- the- art technique in the world at 21 century. The advantage characteristic of IMRT is to create much higher dose to the tumor and much lower dose to the normal tissues surrounding the target. Most clinic researches overseas have been made great progress in prostate carci- noma and head and neck cancers. Our country is getting involved in the study and had some good results.
