摘要
采用快速固化成膜的方法, 对环氧磷酸乳液的性能与应用进行了研究. 结果表明: 在反应温度为60~80 ℃时, 环氧树脂和端氨基聚醚的反应产物--环氧乳液可以稳定分散于防锈液中, 形成环氧磷酸乳液;此乳液稳定存在于pH<1的环境中, 可用于除锈, 且能和异氰酸酯类固化剂固化成膜, 覆盖在除锈后的钢铁表面, 形成既能防锈又能防水的耐腐蚀膜层, 防锈膜层无色透明.
The properties and applications of epoxy phosphate latex were studied using the method of rapid solidified membrane. The results show that the products formed from the reaction of epoxy resin with the polymeric ether containing terminal amino groups and epoxy latex, can disperse stably in a rust-proofing solution, form epoxy phosphate latex when the temperature is 60 - 80℃. This latex exists stably when pH〈1, it possesses rust-proofing function, and can react with a solidifying agent such as isocyanate, to form a solidified membrane. It covers the surface of steel and iron without rust to form a rust-proof, water-proof, corrosion-resistant, and colorless and transparent film.
