摘要
以鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)VP2基因工程抗原致敏乳胶微粒,用IBDV阳性血清进行方阵滴定,以最佳致敏系件制成乳胶抗源,建立乳胶凝集试验(LAT),用来检测血清中IBD抗体。对467份待测血清分别、同时作LAT和双向琼琼脂免疫扩散试验(DATA)。结果,LAT阳性419份,阴性48份;DAGT阳性425份,阴性42份.试验表明乳胶凝集试验操作简便、快速、敏感性高、特异性强,可用于现场检测,适合基层单位检测IBDV血清抗体。
Suitable concentration of infected bursal disease virus (IBDV)VP2 genetically engineered antigen determined by ehequerboard titration was used to sensitize latex treated formerly and the latex antigen was prepared , so the latex agglutination test for detecting serum antibodies against IBDV was established. 467 sera were detected with latex agglutination test (LAT) and double agar diffusion test (DADT) ,positive sera are 419 and negative sera are 48 with LAT. positive sera are 425and negative sera are 42 with 425,42 (DADT). The results indicated that LAT has advantages such as simple , rapid , sensitive , specific and detectable on site and so on ,it is suitable for grass-root unit to detect serum antibodies against IBDV.
