摘要
采取不同免疫方法,对不同采样时期的血清及乳汁进行鸡 I B D抗体效价检测,筛选出以 I B D弱毒苗加油乳苗同时接种,2 次免疫的方法制得的血清及乳汁中抗体效价较高,血清效价最高可达1∶64,乳汁中抗体效价最高可达1∶32。此结果为研制乳汁抗 I B D抗体奠定了基础。
In this experiment,several different immunity ways were used to immune the cattle.The level of IBD antibody in the blood serum and latex sampled in different time were measured.The results showed that the antibody level in the blood serum and latex was high after the cattle was inoculating with IBD weak toxin bacterin and oil vaccine for two times.The antibody level was 1∶64 in the blood serum and 1∶32 in the latex at the maximum.The results established the foundation of the production of IBD antibody from cottle latex.
