化学镀制备垂直记录Ni—Co—P磁膜的研究 被引量:2

A Study of the Plating Process for Manufacturing Ni-Co-P Vertical Recording Magnetic Films

摘要 用化学镀的方法,在以铝合金为基材的Ni—P合金上(30×30mm^2)镀N—Co—P磁膜,用振动样品磁强计测定矫顽力Hc及饱和磁矩Ms和剩磁Mr,研究了N、Co相对量的变化与Hc的变化关系,选定原子比为1:1时的N—Co—P镀液,测定了pH值为9.10,9.30和9.70时的Hc,并观察了施加与镀片平行和垂直两个方向的磁场对Hc的影响。 In the experiments, Ni-Co-P magnetic films were deposited on aluminium alloyed workpieces by chemical plating. The coercive force He, the saturation magnetic moment Ms and the residual magnetism Mr of the magnetic films were measured by a vibrating sample magnetometer. The changes in He with relative content of Ni and Co were studied. The He values of the films were measured with the pH values varying at 9.1, 9.3, 9.7. And the effects of magnetic fields parallel or vertical to the plate on He were observed.
