提高国内Barrett食管的诊疗水平 被引量：5

摘要 近年来，食管及食管一胃连接部腺癌的发病率明显增高，尤其在西方国家，食管腺癌发病的增长速度远超过其他肿瘤，严重威胁人类健康。Barrett食管（BE）为食管腺癌重要的癌前病变，其患食管腺癌的危险性较一般人群高30450倍，食管腺癌的增多与BE发生率的增高有明确关系。过去认为，我国BE发病率低，未能引起临床和内镜医师的广泛重视，在行内镜检查时常“视而不见”。我国的BE研究起步较晚，目前对该病的临床、
