摘要
本文报道了45例临床证实的头颈部闭塞性血管疾病的TOF法MRA诊断。结果表明:MRA较好地显示了血管狭窄的部位、程度和范围,其中三维法较二维法显示病变为准确;钆增强MRA提高了病变显示的精确性,并较可靠地显示了血管硬化斑与管壁溃疡。MRA对狭窄处涡流敏感,常致其血流信号丢失而产生假阳性结果或夸大血管狭窄程度与范围。可以认为,MRA是中风病因诊断和随访最好的无创性检查方法。
Forty-five patients with occlusive disease of arteries in the head and neck examined by MRI and TOF MRA were reviewed in this paper The results showed that MRA accurately demonstrated the location, region and degree of all the artery stenoses and occlusions, while 3D TOF technique was more accurate than 2D TOF technique in the depiction of artery stenosis MRA also reliably detected the ulceration and plaque formation combining with MRI or after IV Gd-DTPA injection However, MRA maybe overestimated the grade of stenosis due to its sensitivity to complex flow and relatively poor spatial resolution We think MRA is the best noninvasive method to get an etiologic diagnosis and follow-up of stroke We also discussed the pathology of atherosclerosis
