摘要
大鼠灌服抗生育剂量的雷公藤多甙（ＧＴＷ）并不影响血清中抑制素水平，但用体外培养大鼠曲细精管方法观察不同剂量的ＧＴＷ对支持细胞功能的影响，发现低剂量ＧＴＷ并不影响支持细胞合成与分泌抑制素功能，也不影响其对ＦＳＨ的应激反应，但大剂量ＧＴＷ可明显抑制支持细胞的基础分化与应激反应。因此，认为大剂量的ＧＴＷ对细胞有明显的毒性作用。
The rats were given Glycosides Tripterygium Wilfordii (GTW) of antifertility dose. It did not have any effect on inhibin levels in serum. In vitro, we have used segments of seminiferous tubules from adult rats maintained in cultured with different doses of GTW.We found lower dose of GTW did not affect synthesis and secretion inhibin in sertoli cells,and also did not affect the emergency rection. But GTW with higher dose affected the basic secretion of inhibin and emergency rection. In conclusion,higher dose of GTW have a toxic effect on cells.
