The comet assay and micronucleus assay were determined for lymphocyte from human peripheral blood, which is infected by Na-PCP and dioxins (2,3,7,8-TCDD). Results indicated that comet rate and micronucleus rate of lymphocyte for the exposed groups were significantly higher than the control groups ( P 〈 0.001 ), and it has dose-effect relationship. The negative group is no different as compared with the flux groups ( P 〉 0.05). The Na-PCP and dioxins (2,3,7,8-TCDD) can damage DNA of lymphocyte from human peripheral blood, and the damage will rise with the increase of their mass concentrations. The damage from Na-PCP was caused by united toxicity.
