摘要
高校贫困大学生群体已引起党和政府以及社会的高度关注。但目前高校贫困生工作存在着资金投入不足、体系不协调、结构要素不合理和贫困生认定难等问题,济困助学工作陷入困境中。因此,应不断发掘政府、社会和高校济困助学潜力,建立多渠道的社会资助网络和科学合理的制度,提高济困资金的使用效益,完善资助政策,努力构建一个整合有力的外部经济救济和内在人文精神关怀的资助体系,帮助贫困大学生顺利完成学业。
The Party, the government and the society have paid close attention to the group of poor university students. At present, due to such problems as lack of fund, deficient coordination of systems, unreasonable structure factors and difficulty in defining poor university students, the aids to poor university students have got into a difficult situation. Therefore, with an aim to help poor university students smoothly finish their studying, the potential of the government, the society as well as the university should be exploited so as to set up a multi-channel aiding network as well as scientific and reasonable regulations, to raise the fund effectiveness, to develop the policies on aiding, and to construct an integrated and forceful aiding system that includes both economic relief and humanistic care.
