侵袭性垂体腺瘤的蛋白表达研究进展

摘要 侵袭性垂体腺瘤的发生与发展是一个复杂的过程,多种蛋白表达发生了变化,并相互联系、相互影响。掌握垂体腺瘤的蛋白表达有助于判断其是否具侵袭性。本文即就侵袭性垂体腺瘤的癌基因相关蛋白、抑癌基因相关蛋白、基属基质蛋白酶及其抑制剂和肿瘤增殖动力学有关蛋白的表达进行综述。
