铝、镉对小麦幼苗生长的影响及其DNA损伤效应研究 被引量:20

摘要 本研究旨在探索Al3+、Cd2+对小麦幼苗生长的影响及其DNA损伤效应。结果表明:(1)所试浓度Al3+、 Cd2+不仅不同程度抑制2d龄和12d龄幼苗根系和地上部分的生长,而且表现明显的DNA损伤效应;(2)除Al3+ 对幼苗地上部分鲜重、干重的影响及Cd2+对幼苗根系生长速率的影响外,其余生长指标显示2 d龄幼苗比12 d龄幼苗对Al3+、Cd2+更敏感,这与导致2d龄幼苗DNA损伤的Al3+、Cd2+浓度明显低于12 d龄幼苗的结果一致。研究结果表明,DNA损伤可能是Al3+、Cd2+抑制2d龄和12d龄小麦幼苗生长的重要原因之一。 The study was intended to probe the effects and DNA damages of Al^3+ and Cd^2+ in wheat seedlings. The results showed that (1) Al^3+ and Cd^2+ at all the tested concentrations not only inhibited the roots and shoots of both 2-day-old and 12-day-old seedlings but also presented obvious DNA damages,and (2) besides Al^3+ affected the seedlings in aboveground fresh and dry weights and Al^3+ affected the seedlings in growth rate,the other growth indexes indicated that the 2-day-old seedlings were more sensitive to Al^3+ and Cd^2+ than the twelve day old seedlings and this was consistent with the result that the Al^3+ and Cd^2+ concentrations at which DNA damages occurred in the 2-day-old seedlings were much more lower than those in the 12-day-old seedlings. The results of the study illustrated that DNA damage was probably one of the important reasons why Al^3+ and Cd^2+ inhibited the 2-day-old and 12-day-old seedlings of wheat.
