摘要
以ANSYS软件为基础,论述如何高效地利用有限元分析解决注塑模型腔结构的设计;以注塑模垫板的设计为例详细阐述,并与传统力学分析对比,为注塑模具的型腔设计提供了一种新方法。
Based on ANSYS , this paper illustrates how to design the structure of injection mold cavity with finite element analysis efficiently. Moreover, comparing to traditional mechanical analysis, this paper introduces the design of backing plate and provides a new method for the design of injection mold cavity.
