摘要
设计加施工总承包模式需要有专门的合同条件,随着设计加施工模式的快速发展,国际上一些专业组织为其制定了标准合同条件。分析了这些标准合同条件的异同,提出了应该分析我国工程建设的具体情况,尽快构建我国设计加施工总承包模式的标准合同条件。
Design-build general contracting should have specific contract conditions to cope with it. With design-build method developing speedly, some international organizations have made standard contract conditions for it. In this article, author analyses the difference of these standard contract conditions, and shows the standard contract conditions should be constructed as soon as possible on the basis of analyzing the specific construction issues in our country.
