摘要
目的观察脑灵汤对阿尔茨海默病血脂、血流变学的影响。方法将90例确诊为阿尔茨海默病的患者分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组46例用脑灵汤治疗,对照组44例用脑复康治疗,两组均治疗3个月。结果脑灵汤在降低患者血脂(TC、ApoB)、全血粘度(低切、高切)和红细胞聚集指数方面优于对照组,具有统计学意义。结论脑灵汤能降低AD患者的血脂、血液流变学指标,从而发挥其治疗作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Nao ling decoction for the Blood fat and hemorrheology in Alzheimer＇s disease. Methods Ninety patients of Alzheimer＇s disease were randomly divided into two groups.The 46 cases in treatment group were treated with Nao ling decoction,and the 44 cases in control group were treated with Piracetam for 3 months. Results The Nao ling decoction was better than the Piracetam in cutting down the Blood fat（TC, ApoB） Blood viscosity and the index of the Erythrocyte aggregation,to have statistical significance. Conclusion The Nao ling decoction can cut down the indexs of the Blood fat and the hemorrheology in Alzheimer＇s disease,to bring into full play the therapeutical effect.
