摘要
考察了3种金属离子改性的13X沸石分子筛乙烯吸附剂的性能,发现Ag+改性的13X可较好吸附空气中微量乙烯,并获得了制备吸附剂的较佳条件:金属盐负载量1:75,室温下浸制时间为24h,浸渍方式为超声波震荡,焙烧温度400℃,焙烧时间为2h。
Three kinds of 13X adsorbents modified by loading different metal cation were investigated, among which Ag^+ modified 13X adsorbent for separating fractional ethylene from air was most intriguing. Appropriate preparation condition for adsorbents was determined as follows: Ag^+ load 1: 75, impregnation time 24h at room temperature and ultrasonic impregnation, calcination temperature 400℃ and calcination time 2h.
