摘要
本文围绕支持面向NC的应用和提高电子政务系统兼容性集成性两个主要问题,以北京市海淀区学院路电子政务系统为例,讨论NC在电子政务中的应用模式,介绍该电子政务系统的体系结构和功能设计,阐述了系统中涉及的关键技术,最后对该系统实际的应用情况作出了总结。
In the last two years, China has made it clear that electronic government affair was one of the emphasis conducting＇ informatization driving industrialization＇ . At the same time , Government＇ Informatization has been going into rapid growth period. This article focused on facing application of NC and promotion of compatibility and compositivity of Electronic Government Affair , instancing Electronic Government Affair Systems of Xue Yuan Road of Hai Dian District in Bei Jing ,discussed the model of NC＇s application in Electronic Government Affair, introduced its construction and function ,and elaborated the key technique in the system .In the end , the author concluded its application effects in reality.
