介绍了在实际生产中经过对漏板温差及漏板变形处理调整、托梁积污的清洗及铜夹头的更换、漏板电极和铜夹头之间电压降过大的处理等措施,使漏板使用寿命平均延长了十分之一个周期,明显增强企业经济效益。
Measures for prolonging bushing life in actual production, such as the adjustment for bushing temperature difference and bushing deformation, the cleaning of dirt on the bushing support, the replacement of copper clamps and the handling for too big voltage drop between the bushing terminals and copper clamps, are introduced. By these means, the bushing life is prolonged by one tenth cycle in average, resulting in a significant increase of economic benifits.
