摘要
一、引言多目标方案排序是个老问题,隶属于多元分析,是系统工程的必要环节之一。
In this paper , the shortcomings of the classical plans ranging ways were analysed. A new measurement of plan' s factors based on language-values was pointed out and a new multiobjective ranging theory based on centre of gravity was discussed. Lastly,a plan ranging system was made.
