摘要
在市场经济条件下,环境污染治理的形式、手段、效果、发展方向除了受社会的、政策的、法律的因素影响决定外,也受到经济效益因素的制约和影响。经济效益因素不仅决定环境污染治理的方式方法和发展趋势,还影响环境政策、法规的制定。
Under the condition of market economy, the form, means, result, the development direction that pollution of the environment manage is in addition to be subjected to society of, policy of, the factor influence of the law in addition to decide, also under the influence of the check and supervision of the economic performance factor. The economic performance factor not only decides the way method and the development trends that pollution of the environment manages, but also affects the establishment of the environment policy, laws. The author in text analyzed to elaborate the economic performance factor to manage the decision and the influence of the behavior to the pollution of the environment from four big aspects.
