摘要
在分析设计型专家系统与基于知识的工程的区别基础上,提出了基于知识的工程(KBE)应用于模具设计的重要性.介绍了基于知识的冲压模具三维数字化设计系统总体结构,论述了基于知识的冲压产品集成建模.该模型是在三层知识库结构的驱动和繁衍下,采用产品集成建模,集成产品的若干特征、信息和规则.该模型包含产品的显性知识,即产品的基本信息、形状特征、精度特征、材料特征和装配特征;同时还蕴含产品的隐性知识,即工艺规则信息和工艺可行性方案,从而使冲压产品在设计阶段就能满足冲压工艺要求.最后给出实例分析.
On the basis of an analysis of the difference between Expert system for design and Knowl- edge-based Engineering (KBE), the importance of applying KBE to the field of die-design is proposed. A discussion about knowledge-based and integrated stamping product modeling is made after the introduction of framework of knowledge-based digital three-dimensional die-design system. Features, information and rules for stamping product are integrated. Explicit and tacit knowledge are involved in this model. The former includes basic product information and the information about features of form, precision, material and assembly;while the latter includes information about processing rule and feasibility. Thus, the requirement of stamping process can be met at the stage of product design. Finally a case study is conducted.
