摘要
村民委员会选举制度在中国农村社会的推行,引起我国农村治理模式的变化,也对构建和谐社会,建设社会主义新农村具有深远的影响。随着村民自治实践的深入发展,许多限制和制约着村民委员会选举的问题逐渐显现出来。因此,依法全面实现“乡政村治”的有机衔接,理顺农村党支部和村民委员会的关系,完善现有的村民委员会选举办法,是解决目前村委会选举中存在问题的有效途径。
The election of villagers＇ committee, which has been carried out in china, has brought great changes to governing patterns in the rural areas, and far-reaching effect on building a harmonious society and socialist villages. With the development of villagers＇ self-governance, problems have happened and influenced the process of villagers＇ committee election. The effective ways to solve the problems in the election of villagers＇committee are： to achieve the organic connection of ＂Power for Town＂ and ＂Management for Village＂ thoroughly in terms of law, to harmonize the villager Party and the villagers＇committee, and to improve the election manner of the villagers＇ committee.
