锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节完全脱位与锁骨外侧骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节完全脱位与锁骨外端骨折的方法及效果。方法分析2001年5月至2005年5月22例患者运用锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节完全脱位与锁骨外端骨折的疗效。结果平均随访20个月,按Lazz Cano疗效标准,优15例,良6例。结论锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节完全脱位和锁骨远端骨折,符合生物力学要求,并发症少,是一种可靠有效的治疗方法。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of clavicular hook plate (CHP) in treating dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint and fracture of the distal clavicle. Methods From May 2001 to May 2005, 22 cases of complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation or distal calvide were subjected to CHP and the effectiveness was evaluated. Results All cases were followed up for an average of 20 months. According to the LazzCano grading method for complete acromloclavicular joint, 15 cases were excellent, and 6 cases were good. Conclusion The treatments of complete dislocations of the acromioclavicular joint and diatal fractures of the calvicle with CHP agree to biomechanical principle and demands. It is a reliable method without complications.
