摘要
介绍了螺旋槽轮式排种器的结构和工作原理以及充填机理。将两个不同螺旋角的螺旋槽轮和直槽轮进行了比较研究。说明了槽轮的螺旋角度和转速对排种性能的影响。性能实验论证了螺旋槽轮式排种器的播种均匀性系数低于0.505,达到了小麦精量播种要求。
The structure and the principle of spiral sheave and the filling mechanism were introdueted. The comparison between the spiral sheave of the two different spiral horns and straight sheave was analyzed. The spiral horn of sheave and rotation speed had influence on sowing performance. The performance experiment demonstrated that homogeneity of the sowing by means of row sowing device with spiral sheave was lower than 0. 505 ,which reached the demands of wheat sowing.
