绘制受试者工作特征曲线评价血清α-L-岩藻糖苷酶对原发性肝癌的诊断价值 被引量：2

摘要 目的确定血清α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFu)用于诊断原发性肝癌的临界值,比较AFu、血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)及癌胚抗原(CEA)的筛查价值,为制定原发性肝癌的筛查方案提供依据。方法对43例原发性肝癌(PLC)、180例其他良性肝病及144例体检者,联合检测AFP、AFu和CEA,绘制ROC曲线,比较这三种诊断试验的ROC曲线下的面积。结果ROC曲线下的面积:AFu为0.927,AFP为0.966,CEA为0.415。结论AFP筛查价值略高于AFu,CEA没有筛查价值,据ROC曲线确定AFu临界值为35.5U/L。
