摘要
对67例双眼高度近视伴后巩膜葡萄肿患者(143眼)用美国产OphthasonicA/BⅢ眼科专用扫描仪进行探测,直接接触法。A超自动测量眼轴长度,B超探测葡萄肿形态、位置及范围,发现葡萄肿有锥形、方形、楔形、弧形四种形态,后巩膜葡萄肿有以下特征:①大部分为锥形;②多位于后极部;③双眼者绝大部分形态、位置相同;④锥形者以位于距视盘颞侧2~smm范围为多;⑤方形位于后极部者随葡萄肿面积扩大,眼轴逐渐变短;③楔形者以横形为主,随眼轴延长而加长。
Sixty-seven (134 eyes) of bilateral high myopia with posterior staphyloma cases were examined by the OPHTHASONIC A-scan/B-scan Ⅲ plus made in he United States. Each eye was examined with direct contact manner. Axial length was measured automatically by ultrasound A and the shape, position and scope of staphylomas, were detected by ultrasound B. Four types of staphylomas were found. They are conic, square, wedge and arc shaped.The staphyloma showed the following features: (1) they were conic shaped in most eyes;(2)most staphylomas were situated in the posterior poles; (3) the shape and position were similar in most patients with bilateral staphylomas ; (4)the conic shaped staphylomas were commonly situated 2- 5mm temporal to the border fo the optic disc ; (5)as the square shaped staphylomas enlarged, the axis length of eye shortened gradually; (6)the wedige shaped staphylomas most frequedtly appeared horizontal and were lengthened as the axis length of eye prolonged.
